Vacation Rental Description

Located on the beach and facing the Gulf, you can relax on the large
balcony of this Navarre Towers condominium, and enjoy the splendid
views of the emerald waters and the snow-white beaches. Its 8th floor
location allows porpoises, rays, pelicans, and other sea life to be
readily visible, yet preserves your privacy.
Our condo is spacious at 1,365 square feet, with 9-foot ceilings,
tiled floors, and split bedrooms that permit privacy. It is tastefully
and fully furnished for your vacation needs, including a washer and dryer.
The living room has great views and a 32-inch TV, DVD, VCR, and
CD/stereo, with a library of games, books, DVD and VCR movies, and
music media. The dining area seats 6 at a large glass table.
Listen to the waves and soak in the magnificent views from the master
bedroom, with its queen-size bed and its own access to the tiled
balcony. The 2nd bedroom has a queen-size bed and a single
sleeper/sofa. The 2nd bedroom also enjoys a fine view of the Santa
Rosa Sound. It also has a Play Station 2 with classic
video games. High speed wireless internet access provided (guest must
provide own laptop or computer). Both bedrooms have TVs, DVDs, and
VCRs. There is a double sleeper/sofa in the living room,allowing 6 to
sleep comfortably in the condo. The kitchen is fully equipped. 
Navarre Towers has a solar heated beach side pool, tennis courts,
fitness center, and ample parking, all free for guests.  Our condo is
ideal for you relaxing vacation in the sun and surf.
Navarre Beach is quiet and laid back, and offers freedom from heavy
traffic and crowds. It has easy access to nearby amenities, a state
park, bike trail, and easy access to the pristine Santa Rosa section
of the Gulf Islands National Seashore.

Peak Summer (June 28-Aug 8): $1,450/week (Saturday PM to Saturday AM)
Summer (Aug 9-Sep 5):  $975/week (Saturday PM to Saturday AM)
Fall (Sep 6-Oct 31:  $832/week (Saturday PM to Saturday AM)
Winter (Mov 1-Mar 1):  $832/week (Saturday PM to Saturday AM)
All rates subject to taxes, a 4% process fee, and one-time cleaning
fee. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
Weekend rentals (3 night minimum) considered in fall and winter.
