wrap-around decks on each floor. 3rd row from beach with
view of beach and sound. Less than 1 block from beach
access. Access to Islander Resort Beach Club (2 blocks from house)
included with rental (large pool, restaurant, beach access).
House sleeps up to 22....perfect for family reunions or golf trips.
1st floor has 4
bedrooms with 1 queen bed each and 3 bathrooms. 2nd floor has 1
queen bedroom and 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds in each room. Also on
the 2nd floor is an extra family room with a television and Queen
sleeper sofa for extra space, and laundry room with full-sized
washer/dryer.
The kitchen and dining area are located on the 3rd floor, as well as
the main living room. Large dining table and full kitchen with all
amenities. Large living area with TV with Direct TV service and DVD
player. Electric fireplace with built in shelves. Master bedroom
with king-sized bed and large master bath with walk-in shower and
jacuzzi tub also located on 3rd floor.
This house and everything in it is brand-new! Hardwood floors
throughout common areas and master bedroom. Almost every bedroom
has separate door opening onto outdoor deck....lots of space and
privacy, so great for large groups.
