Vacation Rental Description

  We are Senior-friendly with parking.  Although the regular parking 
  is in our garage and driveway below the unit, we have put a paved 
  parking place behind the condo just 10 feet from the sliding glass 
  doors to the bedrooms.  Walk from car to bedroom to living area and 
  front balcony without any steps to climb.  If you have someone in 
  your party who has difficulty with stairs, this ultra-convenient 
  parking place is available at no charge, instead of your second 
  place in the garage's driveway.  You must, however, request the 
  "swap" when you make your reservation. 
 
This is a choice vacation rental in a quiet La Jolla residential  
neighborhood just one house away from Wind 'n Sea Beach.  Condo is  
outlined in red at the bottom of the above-left aerial view.  In the  
same photo, the delightfully uncrowded sandy beach is near the top  
of the aerial view with the crystal clear blue-green Pacific Ocean  
at the very top.  There is no public parking nor are there beach  
concessions, so this wonderful neighborhood is quiet and the beach  
is always exciting for the youngsters and relaxing for those who  
come here for a restful break.  We also cater to the business  
traveler who needs comfort, bright pleasant surroundings, easy  
parking, central location and absolute quiet when the soundproof  
double-paned windows are closed, and who cannot get along without  
multiple high-speed (wireless) internet connections. 
 
If you want the excitement of a bustling beach with boardwalk,  
Pacific Beach is nearby, and so is Mission Bay with sailing,  
playgrounds, and grassy picnic areas. 
 
In the photo of our completely rebuilt building (above, right) this  
2BR 2BA condo is on the ground floor, with secure private outside  
entrances for the main living area and each of the two bedrooms.   
The condo has a 10x20 secure balcony (right above garage) with  
a bit of an ocean view, perfect for the children when they are not  
at the beach.   
 
Above this 2BR 2BA condo is a second condo with 3BR and 3BA.  It is  
listed separately on VacationRentals and includes the private  
penthouse at the very top of the photograph. The entire building can  
be reserved for larger groups who require 5BR and 5BA with sleeping  
for up to 14 guests. 
 
Two off-street parking places are provided (for each condo) - one in  
the ground-level garage, and another in the driveway.  The senior- 
friendly parking space described above is behind the building and  
needs to be requested at the time of reservation.  This parking  
space is in lieu of the driveway parking - you still have a space in  
the garage. 
 
This entire building was completely remodeled in 2005 with the  
comfort of our guests the primary consideration.

- Private brand new coin-op washer and dryer in garage (shared with 
  the other condo in the building)

- Walls, ceilings, wall-to-wall carpets, and furniture have never 
  encountered tobacco smoke

Vacation Rental Rates

Off-season: $1400/wk, $225/day (3 night minimum) plus tax 
June 4 to July 2: $1900 per week plus tax 
July 2 to August 20: $2300 per week plus tax
