Luxurious Mediterranean style vacation home with a private pool and 
spa.  Only six miles from Disney!  High Grove Villa has a computer 
with free high speed internet access, games room, Cable TV/DVD’s in 
all bedrooms – in fact everything you could need for that perfect 
Florida vacation. 
 
Just imagine yourself……. Sitting in the the spa with a glass of wine 
resting from a day at the theme parks.  With the fast pace of life 
today our vacations are so precious.  We want to make your holiday 
very special and one that you and your family will remember forever.

Finished to an extremely high standard by professional interior 
designers High Grove Villa has been designed with all of your vacation 
requirements in mind.  Our wonderful home sleeps a maximum of 8 in 
completely luxurious surroundings. 
 
First Floor 
 
Family Room  
 
Leather furniture with plenty of space to relax, digital cable TV, 
DVD/Video player, CD/Tape player, sliding doors leading to 
pool/decking area (door alarm fitted to keep your little ones safe). 
 
Dining Room 
 
Dining table and 6 chairs overlooking the pool/decking area.  There is 
also an informal dining area with two additional seats at the 
breakfast bar. 
 
Kitchen 
 
Fully fitted kitchen including electric oven and hob/hot plate, 
dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer with icemaker, waste disposal 
unit, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, blender, hand mixer, 
pots and pans and china/cutlery and glassware, telephone and answering 
machine. 
 
Downstairs Bathroom 
 
WC and sink, hairdryer.  Door leading out onto pool area (alarm fitted to 
keep your little ones safe). 
 
Pool Area 
 
26’ x 14’ pool with additional spa, fully paved deck area, fully 
screened to keep out insects, patio table and four chairs, 2 
sunloungers, 2 recliners, 2 stools and an umbrella.  Access to pool 
bathroom.  All three sides of the pool screen have been planted with 
decorative and scented plants to provide privacy and colour. 
 
Laundry Room 
 
Contains the washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.  
Leads into the games room. 
 
Games Room 
 
The garage has been converted into a games room. Pool table, air 
hockey table, magnetic darts/baseball game, hopscotch mat, fan. 
 
Front Porch 
 
Two rocking chairs to sit and watch the sunset.

Master Bedroom 
 
King size bed, bedside tables, dressing table and mirror, walk in 
closet, cable TV/DVD, clock radio.  En-suite bathroom containing 
oval shaped bathtub, separate shower, separate wc, his and 
hers sinks, hairdryer. 
 
Bedroom Two 
 
Queen size bed, bedside tables, dressing tables and mirror, large 
closet space, cable TV/DVD, clock radio.  Access from room direct to 
2nd bathroom which means this room can be used as en-suite. 
 
Bedroom Three  
 
Twin beds, bedside table, large closet space, cable TV/DVD, clock radio, 
computer with high speed internet access.  Wireless internet access is 
also available if you wish to bring your own laptop. 
 
Bedroom Four 
 
Twin beds, beside table, large closet space, cable TV/DVD and clock 
radio. 
 
Family Bathroom 
 
Bathtub with shower over, wc, sink, hairdryer. 
 
High Grove Villa is located at High Grove which is a small community 
consisting of 164 villas all based on a Mediterranean theme.  The 
community is gated to provide extra security and has a club house and 
communal pool where you have the opportunity to meet other guests.  
There is also a children's play area. 
 
High Grove Villa provides everything you may need for your Florida 
vacation, including linens and towels.  There is a professional 
management company to look after High Grove Villa and our guests, who 
are on duty 24/7 for any emergencies.
