heated pool. Pool view from private balcony. Two levels. Second 
level contains a loft with the Master Bedroom, private bathroom, TV 
with basic cable, walk-in closet and new Washer/Dryer. Second bedroom 
is on first level along with second full bathroom, kitchen, 
living/dining room and balcony. Second TV, VCR/DVD Combo and AM/FM CD 
player in livingroom. New ceramic tile floor in entry foyer, kitchen, 
living room, dining room and hallway. New carpeting in bedrooms, 
stairs and walkin closet. New stainless steel kitchen appliances. 
Large skylight makes this unit bright and cheerful. Vaulted ceilings. 
Near all Jupiter shopping and restaurants. Many fine golf courses 
nearby to accomodate both the advanced to the beginning golfer. Nice 
quiet community. One month minimum. No pets or smokers please.

Vacation Rental Amenities

New washer/dryer and kitchen appliances. VCR/DVD Player, central air, 
reserved parking, one block from ocean, poolside view, cable TV, free 
local phone calls. Coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven and blender. 
One reserved parking space. Plenty of open parking spots for a second 
vehicle or guest parking.

Activities and Attractions

Near some of Palm Beach Counties best golf courses. Ocean beach one 
block away. Community pool steps away. Clubhouse. Just bring your 
bathing suit and enjoy!

December and April offered at $2750 per month. January rent is 
$3,200. February and March are no longer available. Please contact
