Immaculate 2 bedroom, 2 bath, fully furnished, non-smoking villa,
with large private deck. Right next to tennis courts, lake and
close to pools.

This ground level villa, with vaulted ceiling sleeps up to 7 people
(one queen, one set of bunks, one twin, plus queen sleeper sofa).
Short 3/4 mile walk to the beach or take the tram to the beach in-
season.

This exceptional villa is located in Sea Colony, a world class
Tennis Resort that is currently ranked 12th overall by Tennis
Resorts Online. Tennis Magazine recently ranked it the 4th Best
Bargain resort in the US.

We rent to adults 21 years of age or older. No one under 21 is
permitted in the unit without parent.

Sea Colony offers 2 indoor pools with hot tubs and saunas and 10
outdoor pools; 34 tennis courts including 4 indoor and 12 Har-tru
courts, plus private & guarded ocean beach. The resort also has a
state of art fitness center that has tread mills, exercise bikes,
stair masters, plus all the weight machines and free weights to get
you looking good for the beach.

The town of Bethany Beach with its boardwalk, unique shops,
restaurants and arcades is two miles away. Bethany Beach is about
10 miles north of Ocean City MD and 10 miles south of Rehoboth Beach
DE both of which contain boardwalks, amusement rides and arcades.
Golf at Bear Trap Golf Course is located about 3 miles from Sea
Colony. Sea Colony also offers daily camps for children, and
structured baby-sitting services for young children.
