Palma Cocoyol is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath condominium, in a terrific
location and with lovely furnishings. It is just a 1/2 block away
from one of the best Italian restaurants, a creperie, a smoothy bar
and of course great Mexican restaurants. The most gorgeous beach in
Playa is two blocks away, and you can stroll for miles to the north,
enjoying the secluded beaches and spectacular Caribbean ocean.
Snorkelling spots are within walking distance. The almost famous 5th.
Avenue, which much of is for pedestrians only, is just around the
corner (1/2 block away). There, you can stroll and people watch,
while enjoying the coffee shops, international restaurants, unique
shops and pubs.

Also within walking distance are the ferry to the world-class diving
destination of Cozumel, the bus station (from where you can travel
to Mayan temples, the Biosphere Preserve, and many secluded beaches
with terrific diving and snorkelling) and any water-sports that you
care to enjoy.

The condominium sleeps up to 3 people with the large bedroom having
a King-size bed, and the spacious living room with a fold-out sofa
bed. Both the bedroom and living room open onto a large private
balcony facing the ocean (not ocean view). There is a lovely ocean
view from the swimming pool and jacuzzi on the roof deck.

There is a caretaker on site 24 hours a day, who also provides
security. There is a safe in the room. The property is accessible by
tenants only. Cleaning is provided three times a week.
