Vacation Rental Description

This beautiful home is waiting to give you the rest you so richly deserve!! It is so quiet and  
peaceful that you  
will always get a great nights rest.. The home has been  
professionally decorated and painted for the owners as their second  
home, consequently the furnishings are of a higher caliber than most other seasonal rentals.  
Tens of thousands of dollars in upgrades such as surround sound  
for the 42 inch plasma flat screen TV and DVD. Professional sound  
inside and out with high quality built in speakers.  
Fully private rear yard with no one living behind you and two single story homes next to you that  
can not see over. 
 
Wake up rested  every morning to a beautiful 180 degree view of the golf  
course and Palm Springs mountains! Sit outside on the 300 foot  
balcony with overhead fans running and piped in\out speakers as you  
sip on your favorite drink as you watch the golfers go by. Situated  
directly behind a green so there is no danger of flying golf balls.  
 
The home is aproxamitely 2300 square feet not including the balcony  
viewing deck. It has a beautiful swimming pool with an upgraded  
pebble sheen bottom and a beautiful rock spill way from the spa that  
seats 8-10 comfortably. Hanging heavy spanish chandeliers lead you  
into the spacious great room. Beautiful professional decorator  
dining set is just off the Granite covered kitchen with all  
stainless appliances, including the brand new referigator. All  
cabinets are a beautiful rich cherry wood for warmth. 
 
Down stairs guest room with a private door leading to the rear of  
the home sleeps two comfortably. All matresses are upgraded for an  
incredible night sleep. Upstairs has three bedrooms, two of which  
hold twin bunk beds over a full bed that could easily  
sleep three per room or two happy people because they have the same  
views as the master bedroom! 
 
Lastly, the beautiful masterbedroom has a treadmill that looks off  
onto the course and the gorgeous mountain views. The master bath has  
upgraded rock on the counters and a full walk in closet for your  
convenience. The Master as well as one of the bedrooms has sliding  
doors that lead to the huge balcony with three ceiling fans and  
custom speakers. The balcony has seating and a table for your  
convenience and leisure.

The home is loaded... It has a pool and Spa with a million dollar  
view in a gated community. Fireplace, Air Conditioning, Cable TV,  
DVD/ CD Player. Gourmet  
kitchen w/ granite and all stainless steel appliances. Microwave,  
dishwasher, refrigerator, ice Maker, pots pans, dishes,  
silverware/cutlery, cooking utensils provided. Coffee machine, Oster  
blender. Oversized walk in pantry near kitchen.  
 
Luxurious Linens provided, Towels and 
plenty of pool towels. washer & dryer in utility room, Stainless  
steel Gas Grill (BBQ), Patio, Dining. One Community Pool area w/spa.  
Community area has basketball court and kiddie tot lot with lots of  
grass. Two car attached covered garage with opener that leads to  
utility room and then to kitchen.

Activities and Attractions

Five minutes from downtown Palm Springs as well as Palm Springs  
airport. Palm Springs life has amazing restaurants and night life if  
you are so inclined. Five minutes to the Agua Caliente Casino. A  
quick drive to the mall, or the Rodeo drive of the desert called El  
Paseo where you can shop in elegant stores or eat at some of the  
finest restaurants in Southern California. About an hour and a half  
to ski resorts in Big Bear or Arrowhead. Not to mention the golf at

Vacation Rental Rates

Jan-April - $6,000 Monthly  
 
May-June-$4,000 monthly 
 
 
 
$1,000 Security Deposit- $200 Cleaning deposit 
 
1. A security deposit is required in order to hold all reservations. 
 
2. A cashier's check will be required for the amount negotiated. 
 
3. Refundable security deposits will not be applied to rent, and  
will be fully refunded within 21 days of departure. Should there be  
any damage to property resulting from the rental stay, the owner  
will deduct the funds from the security deposit. 
 
4. The total rental amount for the stay is required in full 21 days  
prior to arrival, unless otherwise negotiated. 
 
5. Two week Cancellation Notice is required for refunds. Refunds  
will be given in full if there is another renter to take your  
place.   
 
6. No pets allowed.
