This is a non-smoking free standing guest house sharing the beauty
of a 1 1/3 acre lot located in the northwest (Oro Valley) area of
Tucson. Fully fenced rear yard ensures your privacy! The beautiful
Arizona desert compliments the tastefully done southwestern decor of
the home. Open family room and kitchen area complete with all the
necessities! There are 2 generous size bedrooms (1 Queen bed in each
room)sharing a Jack and Jill bathroom (bath between the 2
bedrooms). There is also a twin size roll-away bed. High 10 ft.
ceilings, Air conditioning & ceiling fans in all
the rooms keep it very comfortable. Wireless internet available at
no additional charge. With a flip of a switch you'll
have a romantic fire in the family room. Full length covered patio
facing the Majestic Catalina Mountains! Laundry room complete with
washer & dryer. Feel like your
away from it all, but your within a 3/4 mile from the grocery store,
department stores, lots of restaurants, Gold's gym and a major mall.
We are located approx. 4 miles East of Interstate 10 and approx. 1
