Vacation Rental Description

Gulf Front Condo:
     Just steps to the beach from this fully equipped resort condo.  
Only 8 units total share the private pool and beach.  
     
     Our spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo (1,300 square feet) with 
screened lanai overlooks the private beach with beach lounge chairs 
for all.  Newly carpeted with new living room furniture and 
decorations, fully equiped kitchen and includes washer and dryer in 
apartment.

     Master bedroom with top of the line kingsize bed and private 
bathroom.  Guest room with 2 double and 1 single Simmons beds and 
adjoining bathroom.

     View of palm trees and heated and lighted pool (just 
replastered) from both bedrooms.  Pool has tables, umbrellas, chairs 
and lounges for our guests.

     Three TV's all with cable - living room includes stereo and 
VCR.  Many books on hand to read while you are at the beach.

     While Longboat Key is known for its beautiful and secluded 
white sand beaches, many activities are nearby via a short walk, 
bike ride or drive.  And, with only 8 apartments, your privacy is 
assured.

rentals, parasailing, biking, hiking, sightseeing, theatre, wildlife 
preserves, manatee viewing and many more activities to fill up your 
vacation time.

Vacation Rental Rates

$1,000 - $1,450 Weekly; May 1 - December 16  (minimum stay may apply)
$1,450 - $2,195 Weekly; January 1 - April 30 (minimum stay may apply)
$2,500          Weekly; December 16 to January 1


Some discount weeks are available, call or email your request to see 
if discount rates are available for your desired rental period.  

Cleaning fee of $75.00 and required 10.5% occupancy tax is not 
included.  Rental and security deposit required at time of 
reservation.  Security deposit returned within 3 days of checkout.
