Only 8 units total share the private pool and beach.
Our spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo (1,300 square feet) with
screened lanai overlooks the private beach with beach lounge chairs
for all. Newly carpeted with new living room furniture and
decorations, fully equiped kitchen and includes washer and dryer in
apartment.
Master bedroom with top of the line kingsize bed and private
bathroom. Guest room with 2 double and 1 single Simmons beds and
adjoining bathroom.
View of palm trees and heated and lighted pool (just
replastered) from both bedrooms. Pool has tables, umbrellas, chairs
and lounges for our guests.
Three TV's all with cable - living room includes stereo and
VCR. Many books on hand to read while you are at the beach.
While Longboat Key is known for its beautiful and secluded
white sand beaches, many activities are nearby via a short walk,
bike ride or drive. And, with only 8 apartments, your privacy is
assured.

$1,450 - $2,195 Weekly; January 1 - April 30 (minimum stay may apply)

Cleaning fee of $75.00 and required 10.5% occupancy tax is not
included. Rental deposit required at time of reservation. Security deposit and trip insurance available.
