Vacation Rental Description

This tastefully decorated condo has two bedrooms, one bath and is 
fully furnished for your enjoyment. The main bedroom has a queen bed 
and the 2nd room has two twins. Enjoy the full kitchen with stainless 
steel appliances and granite counters. Ground floor unit just 10 steps 
from the heated pool. 
 
This is a Great Location! Close to everything. Right on the Beach 
Trolley Line. You can take a leisurely stroll to the wide, white sand 
beach on Treasure Island in less than 10 minutes or take the Trolley 
or your car and be there in one minute. 
 
The condo complex has been completely remodeled in the past year and 
has just started renting. Located right across the street from a 
beautiful county park that has tennis courts, baseball fields, a 
playground, and a boat launch. 
 
This is a NO Smoking, NO Pets Condo! 
 
Easy access to all surrounding attractions. Only 25 min from Tampa 
airport and 90 minutes to Orlando. 
 
This is a comfortable rental for a week, month or the entire season.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Enjoy the two comfortable bedrooms and one bath. 
  The first bedroom has a very comfortable queen bed, full closet, 
dresser, nightstand and a chair.  
  The second bedroom has two twin beds a full closet, nightstand and 
dresser. 
  All of our sheets are 250 thread count or above. The queen room has 
luxurious 400 thread count 100% cotton sheets. 
 
The living room has full size pull out couch for 5th and 6th guests. 
(Sleeps two, but best for kids. It is a pull out!) Kick back in the 
rocker lounge chair and enjoy the TV with cable, DVD player or stereo. 
We also have games, puzzles and books for your quiet time. 
 
The towels in the bathroom are thick, soft and 100% cotton. There is a 
full tub with shower. 
 
The kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances 
including a full refrigerator, stove with glass cook top and a built 
in microwave. 
Everything you need to prepare great meals is here.

 dishes and glasses  
 cooking utensils 
 toaster 
 blender 
 mixer 
 coffee pot 
 plenty of storage items (like tupperware) 
 We even include a starter supply of toilet paper, napkins and paper

of great restaurants very close by.

All the extra touches are here to make you feel at home.

Activities and Attractions

Everything you need for a great vacation is included in the condo. 
Just bring your clothing and a tooth brush. 
 
This was an apartment complex prior to the conversion to condos so it 
was made to live in. The two building in the complex have a total of 
28 units. We share a private, heated pool located between the 
buildings. There are two coin laundry rooms for your convenience. 
 
This is a perfect location for a couple for a few months stay.  
Also great for a family of four to six for a week or more.
