tub/shower); one bedroom with full bed and nice closet; one bedroom with 2 twin beds and nice closet
(plus 2 twin folding beds beneath- room can sleep 4 if you can handle the hide-a-beds!!;) second
floor full
bath/shower only for 2 bedrooms; first floor sunroom with ceiling fan, tv, and lake view
(can be used as an ADDITIONAL BEDROOM with couch/full sofa bed, and blinds for privacy, no separate
closet),
washer/dryer on second floor, "white" kitchen has coffee pot, microwave, toaster oven, can opener,
blender,
refrigerator/freezer/icemaker, dishwasher, disposal, "eat in" 2 seat kitchen table, 3 stool sit-up
kitchen counter;
20' x 20' Great Room(dining/living area) has tv/dvd, ceiling fan, fireplace(for winter use only,)
dining area with
table and bench/chairs; first floor powder room.

dishes, glasses, etc. furnished; LINENS AND TOWELS NOT FURNISHED; no smoking please, and no pets

gas grill "out back"-(if you finish the gas, PLEASE refill it!!), use anything left in the 'fridge,
but PLEASE replace it
if you used it, and PLEASE throw it out if it has been there too long; BEACH CHAIRS/ UMBRELLA NOT
FURNISHED;
horizontal or vertical blinds on all windows, central air conditioning, one designated parking space
directly in
front of property, several undesignated spaces adjacent, NOTE: large campers and boats/trailers are
not
permitted to park in the community, no telephone or internet service at this time, so please bring
your cell
phones.

activities and attractions in Bethany Beach Delaware

Community pool and tennis courts within walking distance; about 2
miles to the beach; the Assawoman Canal (a kayaker's delight) is about 1/2
mile; less than 2 miles to major grocery stores, Wawa, Grotto Pizza
(highly recommended)and many other pizza shops and restaurants, variety
shops, and small boardwalk; 5 miles South to Ocean City, MD- big
time "city life,"with huge beach, clubs, taverns, and all kinds of activities, 12
miles North to Rehobeth Beach-lots of retail outlets and larger
beach/boardwalk, Nassau Valley Winery just North of Rehobeth on the
West side of Rt1; excellent fishing in Indian River Bay, ocean
deep sea and surf fishing; state parks for nature walking/hiking,
bird watching, and fishing; Cape May Ferry in Lewes (about 14 miles
North); many very nice golf courses nearby; Dewey Beach, a hopping little seaside town, is only 7
miles (North)up the coast....overall, this is a great place to relax, or if you wish, "go,go,go" to
Ocean City, Rehobeth, and Dewey.

NOTE: local police love speeding tourists- watch it!!!! take plenty
of quarters for the parking meters in town....local storage for
boats, trailers, motorhomes- Bethany Mini Storage,(caged area) 539-
9272, another open storage area 539-7455...also Ocean RV
Center, 539-3244...all 3 are about 4 miles from the house, off
Central Ave...most local stores/shops have local detailed maps
available....the assawoman canal dredging project is about half finished!!!!the balance will be
completed between sept/08 and feb/09 for the 2009 summer season

DIRECTIONS TO PROPERTY:going South on US RT 1, pass Rehobeth Beach
and Dewey Beach. When you come to Bethany Beach, turn right onto
RT26 West,(Atlantic Ave), (20 foot totem pole on the left at Rt 1 and Rt 26(Atlantic Ave), go to
first traffic light,(half block), turn left on Kent Ave, go about 2 miles, Bethany Breeze is on the
left....(note blue community road signs)..turn left into the community, left again at tee, and go to
far back corner of community...657 is on left side of the Last 4 unit building....NOTE....657 ocean
blvd will NOT appear on MAPQUEST....it is a small community street, not a large public street....we
strongly recommend that you print out the entire ad so you have all the info you will need.....

A $200 deposit (refundable) is required when lease is signed.
Check in time- after 2 p.m. on Saturday, check out time- before 11
a.m. on the following Saturday...
Full payment is due 4 weeks prior to occupancy.
(You may make several payments if it is more convenient.)
