Belmont Shore/Peninsula "Upton's Beach Cottage" in Long Beach

Not just a rental but a home, this unique 1920's beach cottage is 80
short steps to the sand of Alamitos Bay and one block to the Pacific
Ocean. Filled with charm and history, located on a very quiet street
on the exclusive Long Beach/Belmont Shore Peninsula, the one bedroom
cottage has a private, fenced garden patio with a small lava rock
fountain, plumeria, bamboo and palms. Perfect for sunning or dining al
fresco.

A brisk fifteen minute walk around the bay will take you to the trendy
Belmont Shore shops and restaurants. From there you can catch the Long
Beach "Passport" bus to the Pier, Shoreline Village, Pine Avenue and
the New Pike shops, movies and restaurants.

Or if you choose, do nothing but walk along the ocean at sunset or
soak up the sun on the bay front, then venture home and enjoy the
private patio and outdoor hot/cold water shower and a barbeque for a
real summer treat. Yes, of course, there's an indoor shower, too.

The cottage only sleeps two (2).

No smoking. No pets.
Queen bed, phone, cable tv, vcr, stereo, cd, full kitchen with gas
stove, microwave, refrigerator, ice maker, cooking utensils, crock
pot, rice cooker, wok. Linens provided. Washer and dryer use
permitted. Gas grill bbq. Private patio with fountain, picnic table,
landscaping, beach chairs, beach towels.

No dishwasher.
