includes gas range, built-in microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator  
with water and ice.  Large walk-in closet, full laundry and full  
size tub/shower. This casita is situated in a quiet country setting,  
yet in the middle of Scottsdale.  It’s located in close proximity to  
old town Scottsdale, Kierland Commons and the 101.

Deposits 
$ 50 Non-refundable cleaning fee  
$500 refundable security deposit 
 
Policies: 
All rates subject to change without notice and vary according to  
season, month, and week. 
 
7 night minimum stay required. 
 
For stays 30 days or more, a $150 monthly cap is placed on the  
electricity. Guests are responsible for charges over this amount. 
 
$500 security deposit due at booking. The balance is due (30) days  
prior to arrival.  
 
No pets allowed. 
 
No smoking allowed. 
 
Refunds: 
Refundable deposits are returned within 30 days from check-out day. 
 
Cancellation Policy: Refunds are not provided after 60 days prior to  
reservation.  In the event the guest fails to take occupancy on the  
date specified or changes their decision on occupancy for whatever  
reason, the security deposit will be forfeited and retained by the  
property owner as damages for holding the rental unit off the rental  
market. All other monies will be returned. Tenant is responsible for  
all processing fees associated with credit card payments.
