master bedroom feature breathtaking views of the bay.You can also  
enjoy fresh breezes from the private balcony which offers  
unobstructed bay views.  A sofa bed in the living room sleeps two.

Summer rates per day:  June 9-June 22 $325, June 23-Aug.10 $400, Aug  
11-Sept 04 $425   Any period not listed $325 Daily $2800 weekly  
$5500 monthly 
 
Rates do not include 10.5% tax and $125 cleaning fee rates are  
discounted for weekly and monthly. 
 
Winter rates per day:  See Above 
Holiday rates per day: $425 
Min. nights 3 except summer min. 7 
 
3 night minimum stay.  $500 refundable security deposit required at  
the time of reservation. 
 
Holiday rates apply for the following:  New Year's Eve, New Year's  
Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and  
Christmas.  
 
Rates are subject to change without notice. 
 
Check in time is 3:00 p.m., check out time is 10:00 a.m. 
 
Reservations made within 30 days of arrival date are to be paid in  
full.  If made within 60 days of arrival date, payment is due 30  
days prior to arrival date. 
 
We recommend the purchase of trip cancellation insurance.
