Vacation Rental Description

The SummerWind Beach House is the perfect place for a Cape May 
family vacation. The house, located on Sunset boulevard, is clean,well 
appointed and wonderfully decorated. Waking up to the beautiful 
ocean view and the soft ocean breeze is the perfect way to begin each day 
of your vacation. "SummerWinds" is close to the beach and a short 
bike ride to the Cape May Light house, which, by the way, is part of 
the spectacular view. End the evenings sitting on the deck, watching 
the sunset and enjoying the cool ocean breeze. The worse part of 
your trip will be having to go home!

Vacation Rental Rates

Weekly rentals run from Saturday to Saturday. 

Check-in time is 2:00pm. Check-out time is 10:00am. 

Early check-in and late check-out are available off-season. 


2008 Rates

May 3-June 7.....$1,000

June 7-June 21....$1,500

Jun 21- Aug 30.....$1,800
	
Aug 30- Nov 29....$1,000	

Sept 29-Nov 3.....$1,000


Discounts available for rentals of 2 weeks or longer. 

Off-Season Discounts are available. Please inquire.


Upon receiving your reservation a lease with payment schedule is 
created and mailed to you for your signature. The usual payment 
schedule is as follows: 

1/3 upon signing of the lease by tenant, 1/3 halfway between lease 
date and occupancy and the balance paid in full 4 weeks in advance 
of 
occupancy. 

A $250.00 security deposit is required and is fully refundable if 
the 
property is left in a clean and orderly condition with no damage. 


Cancellation & Refund Policy-

If the property is not re-rented for the cancellation period, no 
money will be refunded. If the property is re-rented, your rent, 
less 10%, will be refunded.
