Sweeping views of Campobello and Grand Manan Islands and the Lubec
Channel Lighthouse. Beautiful sloping lawn to the beach provides
private access to shore. Birding, whalewatching, hiking,
beachcombing, and West Quoddy Head State Park and Lighthouse are at
your doorstep. The Lubec area boasts several nature preserves with a
variety of hiking trails, four state parks, Roosevelt International
Park, three nearby golf courses, and historical attractions.
This private, detached, apartment is the only rental unit on the
property. It features two bedrooms, one with queen bed and one with
two single beds. It has a full bath and well equipped kitchen with
dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, and all cooking and
eating utensils. The living/dining area offers comfortable new
furniture, balcony with double glass doors to bring in the sweeping
180 degree water views, cable TV/VCR, and high speed internet
service. Secluded sandy beach is just steps away!

Hiking, birding, whalewatching, beachcombing at your doorstep. Kayak
and canoe rentals available in the area. Visit five lighthouses all
within twenty miles. The easternmost point of land in the continental
U.S. is just down the road at West Quoddy Head State Park and
Lighthouse. Moosehorn Wildlife Refuge, a renowned bird and wildlife
observation area, is a short drive. President Franklin D. Roosevelt's
summer cottage on Campobello Island at Roosevelt International Park
is a short five mile drive away. Fresh water swimming and golfing
close by. Day trip to Acadia National Park or visit the three state
parks within a half hour drive. Take the ferry to mainland Canada to
explore New Brunswick. Go deep sea fishing, sail aboard a tall ship,
take a shoreline or history tour of Lubec. You will find plenty of
outdoor activity, wildlife, spectacular scenery, and friendly folks
in Lubec.

July $600/wk.
August $650/wk.
Please add $50 per week rental surcharge for pets.
**Maine Lodging Tax will be added to rent**
$300 per week deposit (please add $50 per week to the deposit
for pets) due when placing reservation.
Deposit acts as a reservation deposit until your stay begins and
becomes a damage deposit during your stay. Deposit is refundable at
end of stay.
Available for winter rental, October 1 - May 1. $900/month includes all utilities and services. Great winter retreat for writers and artists. Need a quiet break or a change of pace? This is the perfect spot! Watch the sea smoke drift around the lighthouse on crisp, clear days. See the brilliant winter sun rise over Campobello Island. Observe our fisherman bringing in their load of sea scallops and sea urchins at the end of the day. It doesn't get any better than this for a special winter retreat!
