Vacation Rental Description

A clean 2BD 1BA get away that sleeps 6 and it is only a block from 
the beach.   This Beach House has been recently upgraded with new
floors, windows, window treatments, master bedroom furniture. It has a
full kitchen, 3 TV’s, satellite, DVD/VCR, stereo. 

Accommodations include towels and sheets, beach chairs, umbrella, new
propane Bar BQ,new refrigerator with ice maker, patio table & chairs,
and a parking spot in the back. No on site washer & dryer. 

We call our little hang out “The Beach Pad” it’s not fancy just easy 
and we would like to share it with some good people.  

Café Rio Restaurant, mini Grocery, Coffee Shop and Deli all only a 
block away “Come on give it a try” and your comments on 
how to make it better are always appreciated.

Vacation Rental Rates

Summer Season   (April 16 - Nov 15)  Best Beach Weather Sept - Nov
2 night stay (weekends) = $450
3 night stay = $600
4 night stay = $800
Weekly, Friday to Friday = $1050

Winter Season   (Nov 16 - April 15)
2 night stay (Weekends) = $400
3 night stay = $550
4 night stay = $700
Weekly, Friday to Friday = $950

Monthly Rental also available = $2500 (u pay utilities)

Deposit: (in advance of your stay)
         $400 (2-4 nights) 
         $600 (Weekly)
         $2500(Monthly)

Cancellations: 
         3 weeks or less = No refund
         3-5 weeks before = 50% Refund (if I can rebook, if not 0)
         6 weeks before = Full Refund 

Liability:
         You are liabile for all of it, a short term rental 
agreement will be sent or emailed to you and must return with your 
deposit 4 weeks in advance of your stay.  House rules will be sent 
with your agreement as well. Thanks for choosing our place to rent
