This cozy and serene cottage is ideal for a get away from it all.  
Located just three miles east of the University of Florida it is 
ideal for studying or just quiet time.
Smoking permitted outside only please.  Inside smoking will result 
in forfeiture of all deposits. (Allergies)

Cottage comes with a fully functional kitchen with microwave, coffee 
maker and juice extractor. A one time supply of all towels and 
linens, heat and cold a/c, TV and radio in living room only.

Activities and Attractions

Located in Central Florida, 3 miles from University of Florida.  two 
hour drive from Disney World and other Disney attractions. Close to 
Hawthorne trail with great biking and hiking trails.  Shopping and 
restuarants within five miles.

Vacation Rental Rates

 $450.00 weekly (minimal rental one week)
$1250.00 monthly
 $450.00 damage deposit (fully refundable after inspection)
 $300.00 reservation fee (applied to rent)
No cleaning fee (except when pets present)
Credit cards accepted
