Paradise Canyon Luxury Home in Scottsdale

property that backs directly up to Mummy Mountain. Spectacular views that
range from the southern reach of Mummy Mountain, west across
Paradise Valley to Squaw Peak (Piestewa Peak), and north all the way
to Desert Mountain. This luxurious three-bedroom home includes a
fully appointed kitchen, large game room with air hockey and flat screen TV,
as well as separate family room and dining areas.
This split level home features a master bedroom on the upper
level with views to the west and north opening up to a balcony that
boasts 270 degree panorama of the mountains and greenery of Paradise
Valley. The master suite is also highlighted by large built-in tub,
with separate walk-in dual shower, his and hers walk-in closets,
and king size bed.
Additional guest bedrooms on the lower level feature the usual amenties
along with a full Hollywood bath. Bedroom #2 has 2 queen size beds and
bedroom #3, 2 twin beds for added sleeping areas.
Outdoors, the long shaded patio is fully misted for maximum
comfort during warmer days. Comfortable patio furniture includes
dining for 6-8 and separate cocktail area. The outdoor area includes
a gas grill and pass through window from the kitchen. The acre of
grounds is highlighted by a six-foot deep swimming pool with a
shallow end and aerators. The lighted mountainside landscape is
spectacular both day and night.

Many golf courses around the valley are available for your use,
including Camelback Inn Country Club less than 2 miles away. A
variety of restaurants are located nearby (menus are avaiable on the
home site). Hiking and mountain biking from the backyard onto Mummy
Mountain or less than a mile away on the famous Camelback
Mountain.
More than three movie theaters are within three miles and
Biltmore Fashion Park and Scottsdale Fashion Square Malls are within
10 miles of the house. Casinos, fishing, shopping, gardens, and a
number of Phoenix museums are located around the valley at great
convenience. Many children's activities such as Castles & Coasters,
the Phoenix Zoo, and Rawhide authentic western town are also close.

Rental Policies:
Weekly rentals preferred. No Smoking Indoors. Pets allowed with
an additional $1,000 security deposit. Children allowed and welcome;
however disclosure must be signed for pool safety, as pool does not
have fencing.

Deposits:
Guest is required to pay 50% of the total rental cost at the
time of booking. The remaining balance, plus a $500 security
deposit ($1,500 if bringing a pet), is due 3 weeks prior to arrival.
A $125 departure clean will be added to the total. The security
deposit is fully refunded to the guest upon satisfactory check-out.
 
Refunds:
Guest is to provide a 3-week notice for full refund of deposit.
A reservation canceled inside 3 weeks prior to arrival will receive
no refund, but 75% of the initial deposit will be applied to a
future reservation at our property.
