This is the perfect, Non-Smoking, custom rental with a view of the
ocean including Kailua Bay, Hualalai Volcano, and sunsets from upper
level entertaining areas and lanai. Great for one to four couples or
a corporate retreat looking for a central location without the
resort crowds and traffic, yet minutes to everything.
Upstairs you will find a master suite with an exotic bamboo canopy
bed (king-size) as well as a huge private bath and spa. The master
suite overlooks the pool and backyard areas and often is a great
place to catch the sunset. You will find a second
bedroom upstairs with another king bed and bath!
Two air-conditioned studios downstairs open to the beautiful pool;
one nicely furnished with queen-size bed and the other with two
queens - both with kitchenettes equipped with refrigerator and 
private full baths. If your group still needs more
sleeping space, there are floor futons available for kids.

Inside the rental and backyard you are in your own private paradise.
The rental is located on a cul-de-sac in one of the most quiet,
exclusive, and established neighborhoods in Kailua Kona. There is
little traffic and the neighborhood and surrounding streets are safe
for children. The beach is just a minute or two drive down the hill.
There is approximately 4000 feet of living space including the
covered lanais. The dining area is located on a covered lanai off
the living room overlooking the pool. The kitchen is open to the
entire main entertaining area, is very well equipped and includes
breakfast island and a pantry.
The back deck around the custom pool is surrounded by a wide array
of fruit trees and tropical flowers including citrus, plumeria,
ginger, bananas, mango, and papaya and offers another great dining
area with gas and charcoal barbecues. A gazebo makes a great place
to meditate or relax.
In the living room you will find a huge custom sofa that swallows
you up! So comfortable you may not want to get out! All of the
rooms, space, and pool at the property are large and spacious. FREE
High-Speed Wireless Internet access is available to keep you in
touch while you are away - surf the web while sunning at the pool!

enormous time insuring that the towels and sheets are fresh and
inviting, that the furnishings are well maintained and updated, and
that the yard and pool are ready and waiting for you.

activities to filling the refrigerator prior to your arrival - just
ask when you book your stay.
This flexible rental is designed to accommodate parties from 1 - 10 ,
and the rates adjust based on the sleeping space required and the
