Vacation Rental Description

Our condo is a two bedroom, two bath unit located at Hacienda Del 
Sol I - a family-friendly 5 story complex on the beautiful no-drive 
section of New Smyrna Beach -one of the best beaches in Florida!  No 
worry about dodging cars for you or your children/grandchildren!  
Our unit is on the 2nd floor, is fully furnished and completely 
updated with new carpet, tile, paint, furniture, towels, comforters, 
linens and dishes!  The unit also has Wireless Internet Access!

Sit on the balcony and enjoy drinks or dinner while watching the 
waves roll in!  We love it and want you to love visiting here!  
Grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants and movie rentals are right 
across the street and other famous attractions such as Disney World, 
EPCOT, Universal Studios and Sea World are within a 75 minute 
drive!  Daytona Speedway is within 30 minutes!

Blue skies meet over 13 miles of white sand in New Smyrna Beach, 
voted one of the "Best Beaches" in the Annual Best of Florida 
Awards. New Smyrna is close to Central Florida’s attractions and 
only a short drive from the Orlando and Daytona Beach International 
Airports. New Smyrna Beach lays claim to the best Florida offers--
excellent backwater fishing, fresh seafood and seasons of sunshine. 

Without the crowds, noise or pollution that plague many Florida 
beaches, New Smyrna Beach gives visitors a relaxing beach 
experience. Although the northern beach is accessible to cars, the 
majority is traffic free, allowing for peaceful sunbathing and 
strolls along the shoreline. New Smyrna is also known as "The 
World's Safest Bathing Beach," because rock ledges 45 miles offshore 
help protect bathers from treacherous undercurrents. 

Just south of New Smyrna lies the Canaveral National Seashore, which 
offers excellent swimming, bird watching, hiking and more. Anglers 
at nearby Mosquito Lagoon have set international records with giant 
redfish catches. Deep-sea charters leave New Smyrna Beach daily, 
giving offshore fishers an easy way to wet a line in the beautiful 
Atlantic Ocean.

Many historical and cultural sites also make New Smyrna Beach 
noteworthy. From the Turnbull and Sugar Mill Ruins, to the Eldora 
State House and the Ponce Inlet lighthouse, the area is rich in 
history. 

Named one of “America's Top Small Cities for The Arts,” New Smyrna 
is home to the Atlantic Center for the Arts, an artists-in-residence 
community and educational facility, the Harris House, the Little 
Theatre and Arts on Douglas. Frequent arts shows featuring visual 
and performing arts take place throughout the year. 

Flagler Avenue and Canal Street, which were recently renovated, 
feature several quaint shops and cafés. It should be no surprise 
that the second oldest city in Florida is also home to many antique 
shopping pavilions. 

New Smyrna possesses a distinct hometown quality reflected in its 
cracker architecture, lush tropic landscape and community. Enjoy 
culinary delights from fresh seafood to steaks and pasta on the

September 6 thru December 31, 2008    US$750 per week US$1,800 per month

July 4th week                      US$1,200 per week

Rates do not include 6.5% sales tax and 6.0% County resort tax
Additional cleaning fee of $75 plus 12.5% tax required
$300 deposit required when booking reservation
Half payment due 60 days in advance of stay - remainder due 30 days 
in advance of stay
