Welcome to Singing Sand!

Send us an e-mail and we will send you a link to our website. There you will find an availability calendar, rates, more pictures, an area map, previous guest comments, and on-line booking capabilities.  Our fully furnished cottage is located on Holland’s north side near the popular Tunnel Park and Lake Michigan.
Enjoy miles of beach by day and perfect Lake Michigan sunsets by night. Stroll along the beach and listen to the sand sing beneath your feet.  Enjoy your large private back yard with fire pit and 50’ deck after a day at the beach.

You will have ample outdoor parking space for your guests or for your boat and trailer. Guests also enjoy the garage for storing their bikes and beach gear. A beautiful public boat launch that leads to Lake Michigan is only minutes away and a bike path is out the front door that offers you over 30 miles of recreation.
Close to the beach and to downtown Holland’s famous shopping/dining district and several wonderful golf courses.

Features 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths, sleeps eight comfortably in three queens and one queen sleeper.  Linens and towels are provided for your convenience. Also features a finished lower level that is the perfect hideout for the kids.

This fully furnished three bedroom cottage features three queen beds and one queen sleeper in a private den. It has a fully equipped kitchen. Books and board games are provided. Also features a large deck and rear yard with fire pit. Quality linens and towels are provided. Also included are: washer/dryer, dishwasher, AC, TV/VCR/DVD, cable, and gas grill. For those with small children, a high chair and playpen are provided as well.

Wonderful setting with mature trees, nice deck for grilling, and only 400 yards from Tunnel Park - one of the most wonderful Lake Michigan parks and beach. Golf, swimming, tennis, soccer fields, great shops, galleries, restaurants, boating & boat rentals nearby - fabulous vacation spot!

Clean and Close to the Beach

We came to Singing Sand for Labor Day weekend trip. We were delightfully surprised to see how clean the cottage was and how close we were to the beach. The things/places we enjoyed were the Tulipanes Festival, downtown Holland, Saugatuck, Tunnel Park, the State Park Beach & bike riding. The cottage was comfortable and the fire pit was an added bonus. We could not have asked for better weather. Our 3 yr old loved the swings in the backyard and the open area in the basement. Lake Michigan is just beautiful and we'd love to come back to this side of the state again and again. Thank you for your hospitality. We are so happy that we found this place!

Nice Family Reunion

Thank you for the lodgings here in Holland. We had a grand time visiting the area again and spending time with our sun, his wife & their 2 children; the newest having been just born in May and baptized this July. It turned out to be a nice family reunion.

Backyard campfires and s'mores

Our week at Singing Sand has flown by. We've enjoyed the cottage very much! Backyard campfires with s'mores were lots of fun. We spent several days at Tunnel Park; it's awesome that it's so close!The dune buggy rides in Saugatuck were a highlight. We saw a White Caps (minor league) baseball game in Grand Rapids.  That's a nice outing too. Dutton Park & it's board walks are really cool. The Farmer's Market on Wednesday & Saturdays can't be beat!! Blueberries were fabulous!Captain Sundaes has the Awesome Turtle !WOW! Thanks for a great week! We loved it!
