This charming single-story beach house is three short blocks from
the
beach. In three minutes, you can walk to the beach and a conveient
strip mall, which includes a restaurant, deli, coffee expresso and
minimart. A short stroll along the water will take you to Seacliff
State Beach and the Cement Ship.
Front and back decks contain patio furniture and umbrellas. The
morning sun shines on the front deck and the back deck has afternoon
sun and shelter from the ocean breezes.
No Pets allowed.

We stayed at the Affordable Beach House for a week in June. We are a family with teenagers. The location was great; just a few minutes walk to the beach, coffee shop, corner store and sandwich shop. The house was clean and decore made it feel very cosy and inviting. We appreciated the updated kitchen and inside laundry. Would definitely come back.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with teenagers, sight seeing

Wonderful retreat for families!

We have returned year after year to this wonderful beach house! It is very close to the beach and is an amazing rate for this area. It has activities for kids in the form of movies and games as well as chairs & toys that can be taken to the beach. It is a very simple property, but almost perfect for an affordable family vacation.

Recommended for: families with young children, families with teenagers, sight seeing

Affordable Beach House

We enjoyed our stay at The Affordable Beach House. It was clean and had everything we needed. The quick walk to the beach was great! The neighborhood was quiet and we loved the fireplace. The full kitchen and laundry facilities made it easy to prepare food, barbeque, and dry damp towels. We are looking forward to going again next summer! Had lunch down the street at the deli one day, and grocery store was a couple miles away.

Recommended for: families with young children, families with teenagers
