Vacation Rental Description

neighborhood ferry and boat ramp.  Take a 3 minute ride on the ferry  
to the private beach on the Gulf of Mexico.  With very few tourists,  
you'll have room to spread out and relax in the sand.  After your  
day at the beach, you'll come home to a completely updated,  
tropically decorated retreat.  Whether reading a book by the bay  
window in the living room, or watching your favorite TV show in the  
sunroom, you'll always feel at home. The master bedroom features a  
king-sized bed, bathroom with dressing area,tub/shower combo,  
and walk-in closet.  The second bedroom is appointed with 2 twin- 
sized beds and its own bath with a shower.  There's also room for 2  
more on the queen sleeper sofa.  Choose from 3 eating areas-- 
breakfast nook with greenhouse window, dining table that seats 7, or  
grill-out and eat on the large screened lanai. New tile floors in all 
living and dining areas and new carpet in bedrooms. Have a boat?   
Bring it!  You'll have plenty of parking, and the boat ramp on the  
intracoastal is just around the corner. Shamrock Park is just a 5  
minute drive away and boasts a great playground, walking trails,  
picnic area, etc.  No smoking inside please.
