Vacation Rental Description

Sabal Harbour is a secluded, beautifully landscaped residential  
development. Ideally suited for a quiet and relaxing vacation.  
Guests  
also have use of clubhouse amenities, large community pool, two  
floodlit tennis courts, basketball, childrens play area. 
 
Conveniently located approx 2.5 miles west junction 41 of I75 along  
SR70. A 15 minute drive to the beautiful sandy beaches of Bradenton. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

The villa, completed April 2002, is a fully equipped and spacious  4  
bed 2 bath accomodation. There are two queen rooms, one is master en- 
suite and two twin bedrooms, with family bathroom, comfortably  
sleeping 8.  
 
You have your own private pool 28'x14' which is solar heated and  
covered. There is an extended patio and lanai with sun loungers,  
table and chairs. Overlooks length of a most tranquil lake. An  
gas barbecue for those informal evenings by the lake. There is  
also a child safety barrier if needed. 
 
Spacious living room comprises lounge and dining area, with Cable  
TV with Fios channels, Fios wireless broadband internet for your  
laptop, free national & Canada calls,DVD,CD Stereo.  
Overlooks pool & lake which is accessed via patio doors.  
Oak fitted kitchen is fully equipped with oven, dishwasher,  
microwave, washer, dryer, fridge with ice maker. Nook area with  
seating for four. Garage and driveway parking as well as street  
parking.

The villa is in an excellent location for beach lovers, golf  
enthusiasts, shoppers and a large choice of resturants.

Vacation Rental Rates

Yearly rate of $950 or £550 per week except July/Aug no hidden  
extras, including Christmas & easter holidays.Includes taxes, cleans  
etc 
July & Aug $1000 or £600 per week inclusive 
 
If booking made within one months to departure plse enquire re  
discount 
 
$200 or £150 per week to confirm booking. 
Balance required 8 weeks prior to departure 
 
Refundable security deposit of $150 or £100 per stay with final  
balance
