Desert Casita 55+, Golf, Pool, Mtn. View, Internet Access in Green Valley

A charming, non-smoking southwest-style furnished casita overlooking
a private golf course with a nice view of the Santa Rita mountains
from the back patio. You will see no other houses or hear any
traffic. The nighttime sky is purely natural, unobstructed by
streetlights or house lights.
A feast of nature is visible right from your patio chair. You'll
watch the local covey of Gambel's Quail that trots by the patio every
morning, the jack rabbits, and the mourning doves. You can sit on
the patio, sip your coffee and enjoy the desert tranquility, thanking
your lucky desert stars that you found such a beautiful spot!
Along with the casita, you are able to purchase a Green Valley
Recreation card for the duration of your stay. You can choose from
12 recreation centers, each with a pool, spa, and exercise
facilities. The closest recreation center is a short drive away or
in walking distance (for the more energetic). The charge for a month
is $20/person.
As an extra special feature, a digital cable internet connection is
included if you bring your laptop with you. Call me when you arrive
and I'll help you hook it up over the phone.
A pay in advance policy works well and there will be no
other hidden charges.

The casita comes with all amenities to insure a comfortable stay:
pots, pans, dishes, microwave, dishwasher, new TV with DVD player,
washer dryer, linens and towels, kingsize bed, and a sleeper sofa
for overnight guests.
Stores are close by. There's a nice Safeway store, Wal-Mart, and
lots of southwest gift shops to satisfy your shopping urge.

There is so much to do, so many places to see. Or you can just sit
back and relax and do nothing! Tubac, the artist/craftsman colony is
always an attraction, about 20 miles south. Nogales is 40 miles
away, lots of shopping there. On the Mexican side of the border,
there are lots of pharmacies with great prices on medicines. Tucson
and the Tucson Int'l Airport are 25 minutes away to the north.
There are 9 public golf courses, good restaurants, walking paths, and
friendly vacationers from all over the US.

Jan/Feb/March: $1850/month, $500/wk.
December & April: $1400/month, $400/wk.
May-November: $1100/mo. $350/wk.

$75.00 cleaning fee (waived for 1 month or more rental in peak season)
Small fees for guest passes to Green Valley Rec. Centers depending on length of stay.
