This unique property has beautiful views of the ocean from the living room and front deck. 150 feet
from the front the door is a quiet park with access to a sandy beach. This local's beach is a well
known launch point for kayaking adventures, sunset walks and tidepool exploration at low tide. The
park sits just above the water, an excellent vantage for viewing whales, otters, dolphins, pelicans,
gulls and other sealife.
Casa Manana ("Tomorrow House" in spanish) is a single story, two bedroom, one bath beach house with
a gas fireplace and fenced yard, with grass lawns in front and back. Perfect for relaxing and
entertaining. Casa Manana is tastefully decorated with a seaside ambiance. Care has been taken to
assure that contemporary comforts are provided as well. The kitchen is well furnished, including a
refigerator/freezer, stove and oven and most small appliances such as a blender, coffee maker and
microwave.
Each bedroom has built-in closets and drawers. One has a king size bed and one has a queen size
bed. The couch in the living room also converts to a queen bed.
The property has a private fenced back yard and deck with a gas grill for outdoor cooking. Other
conveniences include wireless highspeed internet, telephones, an answering machine, LCD satellite
television, DVD and stereo. Fresh linens for the beds and towels for the bath are provided.

Activities and Attractions
Casa Manana is 150 feet from a park and beach access for exploring tidepools, kayaking adventures,
surfing, fishing, observing sealife, jogging, sunbathing and watching spectacular sunrises and
sunsets.
Casa Manana is also within walking distance of many shops in Shell Beach, which offer such
diversities as kayak rental, antique shopping, espresso bars, and a variety of casual eateries.
Within a couple of miles are Avila and Pismo Beaches with boutiques, nightlife and seafood
restaurants. Nearby Arroyo Grande is a center for antique shopping. Pismo is also home to designer
outlets.
San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara counties are home to some of the best wineries in California.
Casa Manana is centrally located in the heart of the Central Coast wine region.
Travel south 45 minutes to Solvang, a Danish style village with many interesting shops and
restaurants, plus the famous outdoor Solvang Theatrefest, home to PCPA summer performances of
Shakespeare and other fine plays and musicals. Solvang is also home to Mission Santa Ines which
overlooks the scenic Santa Ynez River valley and vineyards.
Traveling north 30 mintues is Morro Bay, a classic wharf setting with fresh seafood; art galleries
and shops. A short distance further north is Cambria Pines/San Simeon, where pine forests meet the
ocean; the home of Hearst Castle.
Spend a Thursday evening downtown at the world famous Farmers Market in San Luis Obispo.
Cast your line off Pismo Pier or from a rented dinghy on Lopez Lake.

Vacation Rental Rates
Monthly rental only.
A $500.00 reservation/damage deposit is required at time of reservation, fully refundable after
departure, if no damage is found. 1st month rent is due 30 days prior to arrival date.
Each rental is subject to a $75.00 cleaning fee.
Check with owner regarding cancellation policy.
Casa Manana comfortably accommodates 4 people. No smoking on the
premises.
