Vacation Rental Description

Escape the hustle and bustle of Seven Mile Beach to your own tropical retreat.  Only one of two villas on this 
private property, the new Villa Sentosa offers its guests all the privacy needed to relax and settle into the 
Island lifestyle.   The Villa has an intimate home atmosphere with lush landscaping and a beautiful lagoon style 
pool complete with waterfalls and hot-tub - a tropical oasis!

Vacation Rental Amenities

Villa Sentosa is located on North West Point Road in West Bay.  It is across the road from the ocean, 2 minutes 
walk from world class diving centers and 2 minutes drive to the beautiful north end of Seven Mile Beach.   The 
Villa is on the second floor with an open patio over-looking the swimming pool.  A modern style self-contained 
Villa, 1 bedroom with loft area (not suitable for children under 8).  Fully furnished with central a/c.  Amenities 
include 1 king size bed and two twins that double to a king,  linens, beach towels, full contemporary style 
kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, flat screen plasma satelite TV, high speed wireless internet, 
DVD player and BBQ.

Activities and Attractions

For newcomers to the Island, owners' Mike and Ren Seffer will be on hand to offer any advice on top 
restaurants and activities in the area to help you create your experience of a lifetime. 

Grand Cayman is famous for its diving.  A minute up the road will bring you to a variety of world class dive sites.  
For the kiteboarder/windsurfer, Kite beach is a popular spot throughout the winter season with consistent 
winds, secluded white sand beach and endless blue ocean.   For the beach lover, 2 mins. drive up the road will 
bring you to West Bay Beach (the quieter end of Seven Mile Beach) where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets and 
amazing snorkeling.  You can also enjoy horse-back riding on Papagallo Beach or organised fishing trips and 
much more.
