provides three spacious, clean and decorated bedrooms, two full
baths, private outside shower, off street parking for
two cars, a garage, a fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher, gas
fireplace, TVs,
DVDs, VCRs, ceiling fans, air conditioning, partially convered deck
and local telephone service.
This property was renovated Spring 2011 and is a one block walk to a beach guarded by the Ocean
City Beach Patrol. From this prime location, walk to everything
including playgrounds, basketball and tennis courts, restaurants,
shopping and churches. Visit Ocean City's famous boardwalk by town
provided trolly for a day or evening of amusements, arcades, fun
food, mini golf, water parks or people watching and strolling. Mere
miles to the south of Ocean City is historic and beautiful Cape May
and exciting Wildwood, each unique in character and activities. Take
a short drive north the Atlantic City and play world renowned
casinos, dine in top rated restaurants and visit other attractions
including Atlantic City's own famous boardwalk.
Tenants must provide bed linens (1 queen bed, 4 twin beds, 2 twin air mattresses) and towels. House beach tags will be provided but must
be returned prior to departure for use by subsequent tenants. Rentals
are Saturday to Saturday, check-in at 2:00 p.m. and check-out at
11:00 a.m.
