Jensen Beach, 5 minutes from Tradition Stadium to see the Mets, deep  
sea fishing and Movie Theater. The PGA village is surrounded by  
three signature golf courses with wildlife scenery, spectacular  
lakes and challenges for pros and novices alike. This new private  
gated community includes a resort style pool and an exciting PGA  
learning center with putting greens, practice stations and  
comprehensive instructions from the pros. Sensational dining and  
shopping are just minutes away to add to an extraordinary family  
vacation for all.

PGA Golf Club - PGA Village has 2 Tom Fazio courses and a Pete Dye  
Course. Each course offers a different set of challenges for golfers  
of all skill levels. A PGA Learning Center Pitch and Putt golf area  
for residents and guests of the villa is also available. PGA Village  
is 7 miles to the center of Port St. Lucie which is adjacent to  
Hutchinson Beach Island, Treasure Coast Mall, Inter-coastal view  
restaurants, entertainment and public beaches. It is 2 hours to  
Disney. This is a complete and beautiful resort vacation experience.  
So if you’re up for a round of golf, a lesson or simply relaxing by  
the pool and enjoying the scenery this is the vacation for you.

50% deposit is required upon the time of reservation. The  
other 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival. 
 
A refundable security deposit of $300 is due 30 days prior to  
arrival. The deposit will be refunded upon inspection of the  
property after departure unless there are damages to the townhouse  
or loss of any contents.  
 
Cancellation & Return Policy: 
No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 30 days  
of arrival. Cancellations must be done in writing. No refunds for  
early departures. 
 
Method of payment:  check or money order.
