Each home can be rented in its entirety, or the larger home can be
divided into two separate, smaller rental units. Main house is 5 beds/4.5 baths with brand new inground pool and built in jacuzzi. Second home is 4 beds/2 baths. Capacity for both houses is 24 people. Rates are dependent on season and specific portion rented. High season (June -  August) rate for main house is $9,900 per week.
