Vacation Rental Description

Charming and comfortable this home is private, quite and peacful  
with a great view of the pond from the lanai where you can watch the  
wildlife while enjoying coffee or a meal. Or take a swim in the private pool. 
 
Just minutes from Dunedin where you will find antiques, restaurants,  
gifts and shopping.  The shops at Douglas Village behind the Chamber  
of Commerce at Main and Broadway offer internet access at the WIfi  
Hot Spot.   
 
Honey Moon Island is about 10 minutes by car or 1 mile on the  
Pinellas Trail.  
On the island you can fish, swim,enjoy a Florida sunset.  Hunt for  
shells or rent a kayak, sail boat or take a ferry to Caldesi Island. 
The Pinellas Trail is about 6 blocks form the the condo.  Another 4- 
5 blocks and your downtown Dunedin.  The trail runs about 47 miles  
from the north end of the county to the south.  You can walk, jog,  
bike, or roller blade to downtown, Honey Moon Island, or the Hammock. 
A 47 mile trail takes you back in time to Floridas natual habitat  
and wildlife. 
 
 Golf at any of seveal courses.  St Andrew golf and country club is  
just 10 minutes away. 
 
Just 15 minutes from one Folrida's top ten beaches and the sponge  
docks of Tarpon Springs.  30 minutes to Tampa International Airport  
and downtown St Pete.  Disney and Orlando are a 2 hour drive.

is no damages.

Cancellation Policy:The rental deposit will be fully refunded with  
our receipt of a 90 day written notice prior to your seasonal  
arrival.
