you can see the island of Kahoolawe and Molokini crater. Watch whales breach from your 3 private 
lanais, or relax with your favorite beverage and enjoy beautiful Maui Sunsets.

Maui Banyan is a great family resort, with 9 acres of lush tropical gardens, 2 pools, 2 Jacuzzi 
spas, tennis court, gas BBQs & free covered parking. The condo is located in a quiet area of the 
complex, just steps from world famous Kamaole II Beach.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Air conditioned, 2Br/2Ba condo, with fully equipped kitchen and 3 private ocean view lanais. Sleeps 
up to 8 people. King bed, Queen bed, Double bed, Queen sleeper sofa, 2 children's futons, ceiling 
fans, floor safe, 3 cable TV's, DVD, wireless high speed internet, & CD stereo. All linens & towels 
included. Washer/dryer located inside the unit.  We also provide beach chairs, cooler, & beach 
towels for your enjoyment.  Free reserved parking included.

Activities and Attractions

Wailea, Mckenna, golf, shopping, dining, and ocean activities are within walking distance. Maui's 
Kamaole beaches are just steps from your front door. These are beautiful, golden sandy beaches that 
are perfect for sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling, scuba, surfing, wind surfing, boogie boarding, and 
romantic sunset strolls.

$250.00 refundable security deposit.
10% discount for stays of 30 nights or longer during Value Season.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
$50 processing fee for all cancellations greater than 90 days from check-in.  $100 fee for 
cancellations between 60 & 90 days.  $250.00 fee for Holiday Season cancellations between 60 & 90 
days.  No refund for cancellations within 60 days of arrival, unless we secure a comparable 
reservation to replace yours.  Your refund will be prorated less a $100 processing fee.
