59 acres of grounds’ which include a wooded area with a woodland
nature trail and spectacular views overlooking the Western Shore of
Seneca Lake and beyond, “Cobtree” offers Deluxe, Pet Friendly, No
Smoking, Self Catering, Family accommodation for visitors to the
Finger Lakes Region of upstate New York and just 1 1/2 hours drive
from Niagara falls and the Canadian border with the USA.

A short drive takes you down to the shores of Seneca Lake where you
can participate in a multitude of activities from swimming, sailing,
jet skiing, fishing, golf, restaurants, wineries or even a visit to
one of the State Parks.

Cobtree Vacation Rental Homes offer fully equipped 3 bedroom English style brick
built cottages with kitchens and which each can accommodate up to 8 guests sharing a
King Size room, Queen Room, Twin Room and an additional double sofa
bed for 2 additional guests if required and two bathrooms! We also offer fully equipped "Real Log
Homes" each with 3 bedrooms and 1 1/2 bathrooms and kitchen with 2 Queen size rooms and a
full/double room. All properties benefit from central air condititioning,WI-FI, Cable tv and are
fully winterized.

Geneva Country Club.
