Welcome to Cobtree Vacation Rental Homes Resort in the Beautiful Finger Lakes Region of Upstate New York. Cobtree is proud to have achieved  a 3 diamond Rating offering a deluxe Air Conditioned, Pet Friendly, Children Friendly, Disabled friendly development of brick built, English architectural style Vacation Rental Cottages, as well as our more traditionally built " Rustic Log Cabin Rentals"  & larger "Rustic Log Home Rentals"  Each home is provided with free WI-FI, Cable TV, free USA/Canada telephone calls & fully equipped kitchens.  Cobtree is surrounded by 57 acres of farmland and woodlands overlooking the Western Shores of Seneca Lake. We welcome couples, families, groups of friends and if combined together are ideal for larger reunions, religious retreats, Wedding Receptions Musselman triathlon & sporting groups accommodating up to 52 people sharing. We especially welcome parents and visitors to the nearby HWS colleges in Geneva.

4 miles South of the City of Geneva on Route 14 South , set within 59 acres of grounds’ which include a wooded area with a woodland nature trail and spectacular views overlooking the Western Shore of Seneca Lake and beyond, “Cobtree” offers Deluxe, Pet Friendly, No Smoking, Self Catering, Family accommodation for visitors to the Finger Lakes Region of upstate New York and just 1 1/2 hours drive from Niagara falls and the Canadian border with the USA. A short drive takes you down to the shores of Seneca Lake where you can participate in a multitude of activities from swimming, sailing, jet skiing, fishing, golf, restaurants, wineries or even a visit to one of the State Parks. All properties benefit from central air conditioning, free WI-FI, Cable tv and are fully winterized.

A short drive takes you down to the shores of
Seneca Lake where you can participate in a multitude of activities
from swimming, sailing, jet skiing, fishing, golf, restaurants,
wineries or even a visit to one of the State Parks. Bristol
Mountain ski resort is just a 30 minute drive away where you can go
skiing or snowboarding during the winter months

Guests may also visit the Geneva Country Club or Seneca lake golf club to play golf or enjoy their restaurant facilities or bar on a pay as you go basis.

Our rates are designed to be affordable for both couples, small families & small groups and they offer exceptional value compared to other local accommodation providers when you calculate the per person per night charge for a fully equipped deluxe home away from home rental!

Our larger brick built cottages and larger log home rates are inclusive of up to 6 people sharing a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house. (Under 5 year olds need not be included in the total #) 

 Above the included number there is an additional daily charge of $30 per extra adult or $160 per week (18 yrs of age or over) or $20 per extra child or $105 per week (5-17 yrs of age) up to a maximum of 8 people sharing including use of  a double futon with all linen, sheets and towels provided.

The pricing structure for our smaller log cabins is formulated on an inclusive occupancy of 2 people sharing throughout the year except our Peak Season rates which are based on an inclusive occupancy of 4 people sharing.

Above the included number there is an additional daily charge of $30 per extra adult or $160 per week (18 yrs of age or over) or $20 per extra child or $105 per week (5-17 yrs of age) up to a maximum of 6 people sharing. These are traditional log home with 3 bedrooms, 1 downstairs shower room and a second upstairs toilet with basin.

There is NO SALES TAX payable for rentals of 7 nights or more. Reservations made for less than 7 nights ARE SUBJECT TO the collection of sales tax at the prevailing rate (currently at 7.50%) and rates displayed above INCLUDE SALES TAX where applicable. The Ontario County 3% Occupancy tax is NOT included in the rate and is charged as a separate tax item on our reservation system for ALL rental periods

Discounts or Vouchers are redeemable only at the time the reservation is made and cannot be applied retrospectively.

The discount source i.e 5% returning guest or 5% AAA discount with membership # or voucher # must be stated in the special request field so as to be deducted when payment is collected from your credit card. Please note that only the higher amount of any one discount applies to any one reservation and the only applicable discount for the peak summer rental season (Usually Mid June to Mid September) is a returning guest discount.
