Vacation Rental Description

The Paradise Cove House is a comfortably furnished three bedroom, 
two bath OCEANFRONT home, built in 2004 on a rocky cliff ust 70 feet 
from the Pacific Ocean. This home is true oceanfront, you can't be 
closer than this.  

You will enjoy the breath-taking unobstructed million dollar views 
of the blue Pacific Ocean.  Go for long walks along the beautiful 
Puna Coastline as whales and turtles frolic in the water.  Enjoy the 
freshest cleanest air in the world, from this peaceful 
location. 

You will see spectacular views of whales from the lanai of the 
Paradise Cove House from December to April.

Have you ever seen the Milky Way? This is a great location to view
the night sky as well.
  
Paradise Cove House can sleep up to 10 guests.  

You will be located south of Hilo in Hawaiian Paradise Park 
Subdivision just 17 miles (25 minutes) from Hilo International 
Airport.  

Paradise Cove House is centrally located to all of East Hawaii's 
attractions including; Volcanoes National Park, Black Sand Beaches, 
Golf, Hiking, Snorkeling, Warm Ponds, Akaka Falls, Mauna Kea 
Observatories, etc.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

Paradise Cove House is complete with all amenities including Washer, 
Dryer, Microwave, Fully equipped Kitchen. Satellite TV with over 100 
channels. DVD Player. 

2nd story Lanai with gorgeous views of the Pacific Ocean.  
Ground floor patio.  Comfortable outdoor furniture.  

Master Bedroom has a king size bed. One guest bedroom is equipped 
with a queen size bed and the other guest bedroom has a daybed which 
converts to 2 separate single beds. There are also two futons.  

Vacation Rental Rates

$160 per night
$1120 per week
Rate based on 2 guests.
$10 per night for additional guests. 
Plus 11.41% Hawaii taxes and $75 cleaning fee.
$200 refundable deposit to hold reservation.
Balance of payment due 60 days prior to rental.
