Our direct oceanfront (not a side view), third-floor condo is decorated with a beach theme. Enjoy the ocean view from the comfort of your spacious,  private, furnished 8' x 13' balcony.

Watch dolphins swimming by, pelicans cruising the sky, and turtles hatching. See the rocket  launches from Cape Canaveral Air Force Station from the balcony.  Check out the ships entering and exiting Port Canaveral.

Looking for a quiet family-type beach location? Take a stroll on the clean, sandy beach or enjoy the heated pool, hot tub, and sauna located beachside and just relax. This is a FULLY equipped condo. All linens for bath and kitchen are included.  

For entertaining kids, there are surf lessons, kayak rentals, mini golf, and bicycle rentals available nearby. Orlando theme parks (Disney World, Universal Studios, and Sea World) are just an hour drive.

We live 8 miles from our condo and check often to be sure it and its contents are to our standards. Thank you to our guests who make suggestions or requests.

Cape Canaveral Public Library is within walking distance and offers books, magazines, movies, and computers for public use.

$300.00 deposit is required to guarantee your reservation. The
balance is due no later than 30 days prior to your arrival date. If
booking less than 30 days before your arrival date, full payment is
expected to guarantee your reservation.

Refunds are given for cancellations if notice is received at least 30
days prior to your scheduled arrival date.

We will include driving directions and a list of area restaurants that either we have been to or have been recommended by guests and other condo owners.

We prefer personal checks, but we also accept VISA, Mastercard, AMEX,
or Discover Card via Paypal.
