Atlantic Ocean, not a side view) has been renovated with beach themes throughout.
 
Rocket and shuttle launches from the Cape Canaveral launch site can 
be seen from the comfort of your own private balcony.   The spacious 
8 x 13 foot private balcony is furnished and has an unobstructed 
ocean view where you can watch cruise ships and fishing boats arrive 
and depart Port Canaveral, or just relax with the sounds of waves on 
the shore.

This property is perfect for families or anyone who wants the luxury 
of a quiet and uncrowded Florida beach.

Refunds are given for cancellations if notice is received at least

days prior to your scheduled arrival date.

We will include a list of area restaurants that either we have been 
to or have been recommended by guests and other condo owners.
