the living area, decks & bedrooms! Located in S. Ponte Vedra Beach 
between Jacksonville Beach & historic St. Augustine! Ocean to the 
East & Guana Wildlife Reserve to the West!  Great sunrises & sunsets 
froom the balconies.  Master bedroom has a king bed, 2nd bedroom has 
2 twins and downstairs has a queen & a queen futon.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Oceanfront deck, walkway to beach, Guana Wildlife Reserve across the 
street and historic St. Augustine is just a short drive!  Completely 
equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, all linens except beach towels, 
gril & more!

Activities and Attractions

Activities include swimming, surfing, fishing & shelling on the 
Atlantic Ocean!  The Guana Reserve Environmental Center is nearby.  
See the old Spanish fort, the Alligator Farm, Ripley's Believe It or 
Not, the Fountain of Youth & more in St. Augustine!  Also, nearby in 
Jacksonville Beach is a water park, minature golf and game center!  
The Outlet Malls are just a short drive away West of St. Augustine. 
Many shops & restaurants in Jacksonville Beach, Ponte Vedra & St.
