Vacation Rental Description

Enjoy the breezes on the deck overlooking the Bay.  This property 
offers two spacious rooms and two full baths.  Light and open floor 
plan with dining area, living area, and kitchen counter bar 
seating.  
Relax in comfort in this newly furnished tropical home.  Property 
has 
a 90ft. step down concrete dockage.  There is an exterior wash down 
shower to cool off after a day in the sun. Fish right at the dock or 
bring all your water toys, there's plenty of room.  Clean your 
catches at the dock side cleaning station.  There is plenty of 
privacy and parking. Property sleeps 6 guest comfortably.

Hammer Point is located at MM93 Bay Side.  It is the best location 
to 
be at for many reasons. Starters direct bay access, wide canals, 
it's 
large property lots, and all is close to us. 

Hammer Point location offers beautiful clear swimming waters right 
in 
our back playground.  Wheater your fishing, snorkeling, diving, 
tubing, skiing, kayaking, or just splashing around, you will have it 
all with easy access.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Property is newly furnished with comfort in mind. Master room with 
King size bed, guest room with two single beds. Roomy master bath 
w/linen closet and full capacity stackable Washer/Dryer. King size 
sofa bed in living room. Provided is a Stereo,VCR,and DVD player. 
There are board games as well. Ironing board,Iron, Blowdryer,Vacum, 
also provided. Fully stocked kitchen,linens, and starter toiletry 
provided. Ceiling fans throughout even on the deck w/lighting. Deck 
furnishing, lounge chairs and seating downstairs too.
Exterior wash down shower, fish cleaning station,stairs from dock to 
swimming canal. 90ft step down concrete dock. BBQ Grill too.

Glass top cooking stove,dishwasher,microwave oven,oversized cooking 
pots and pans,fillet knife sets,stainless steel bowls, cooking 
utensils,baking pans, etc. You will be comfortable.  The property is 
prepared so you just bring yourselves and stuff.

Several home magazines and fishing magazines for your leisure 
reading.

The property is set up for comfort.  It is fully stocked for all of 
our guest.  It is expected that all is provided is all that remains 
upon departure of the stay.

Activities and Attractions

We are closely located to Tavernier Shopping Plaza offering dinning, 
US Postal Office, movie theater, Block Buster movie rentals,CVS 
pharmacy, McDonalds,Winn Dixie Supermarket,Subways,Liquor Store,Pool 
Hall,Pier One Store,Dairy Queen,and Mariners Baptist Hospital.

John Penny Camp Coral Reef State Park is just around the corner and 
Harry Harris Park is just across the street for the beach goers. 
There are numerous diving centers and shops offering diving, 
snorkeling,and kayaking excursions. Deep sea fishing charters all 
within a 5 minute drive. 

Just behind the property is a perfect place to jet ski, go 
tubing,snorkeling,and kayaking.

Don't forget the famous Islamorada Tiki Bar just up the street where 
you can charter a fishing trip or jet ski rental. There are public 
pools w/kids water park stuff to do. Walk, jogg, or bike ride within 
the neighborhood. Nearby assembly halls for all faiths.

Vacation Rental Rates

Weekly Rate $1,200 to $1,500
Monthly Rate $2,800 to $3,200

Multiple Montly Rate Discount

A $500.00 deposit required within 10 days from placing reservation.
Deposit is refundable with min. of 30 day cancellation.
Full payment prior to arrival for weekly rental. For Montly rentals 
first month payment prior to arrival. Multiple months are arranged.

Rentals made on short notice, with availability possible, we will 
work with you on arrangements.

Personal Note: We want to provide a great experience for our 
visiting 
guest who request to stay with us.  Please make every effort when 
selecting your reservation dates that you are certain.  It is 
disappointing to other guests when they are turned away.
