The master bedroom and second bedroom have queen size beds and there are double beds in both of the
other bedrooms. There are also a single mattress and rollaway bed. A private bathroom is available to the
master bedroom along with a cedar lined walk in closet. The main hall bathroom has a convenient split design
that separates the toilet and tub from the sink area so the two can be used privately at the same time.

In addition to the two car garage there are two driveways for plenty of parking. The thirty foot long screen
porch across the back of the house is great for grilling or just relaxing with a good book. If you're not in the
mood to eat out, the fully equipped kitchen has everything you'll need to prepare your meals with ease.

Some nearby Florida attractions within easy driving distance are Daytona Beach International Speedway (20
min.), Ponce Inlet Lighthouse (25 min.), Daytona Beach Kennel Club Greyhound Racing (20 min.), LPGA and
numerous other golf courses. Close by are Nascar events, Bike Week and Biketoberfest, Historic St. Augustine,
Kennedy Space Center to name a few. It's approximately 75 minutes to Sea World and Universal Studios. And,
it's only 80 minutes to Disney World! There are plenty of hiking, biking, canoeing/kayaking, inshore and offshore
fishing locations close by.
