living room, dining room and kitchen.

dishwasher, and refrigerator. Slate floors and poured contrete counter
tops along with custom Australian wood cabinets complete this beautifu
kitchen.

Enjoy relaxing with company in the living room next to the fireplace
as you look through a wall of floor-to-ceiling French doors onto the
exquisitely landscaped front garden.

Enjoy summer nights barbequing on the stainless steel grill and dine
al fresco on the patio.

The 2nd floor master suite has high ceilings, a king-size bed, flat
screen HDTV, and a private deck. The enormous master bedroom features
a Roman-style soaking tub big enough for two, as well as double sinks
and French doors opening to the adjoining slate-covered patio.

The second bedroom has a queen-size bed. You can watch movies and read
in the library / media room that can also serve as a third bedroom.

The creative owners, one a director and the other a novelist, have
tastefully and comfortably decorated this unique home. All the bedding
and other linens are 100% cotton and hypoallergenic. The home has
beautiful wide-planked pine floors thoughout. The kitchen is fully
equipped.

Peak Season & Holidays: $2,295 per week. Minimum 3 nights. $350/night
3-6 nights.

Off Season: $1,995 per week. Minimum 2 nights. $300/night 2-6 nights.

Cleaning Fee: $250. Plus mid-stay $125 for stays 2 weeks or longer
(kitchen, baths, floors every 7th day).

Refundable Security Deposit: $1,500.
Pet fee: $150.
