beds,a futon which can also sleep 2 adults, plenty of closet space,tv,dvd player,cable,phone(local calls only) and alarm clock. Towels and linens are also available.

Please check the calendar for availability. Rates are $500 a week and up. Extra days are $75.00 a day and up. There is a 13% sales tax on all rentals, a non-refundable application fee of $100.00 and a $50.00 cleaning fee. Also, we require a $250 security deposit which we hold until after we clean and inspect the room. No Exceptions. These rates are effective as of April 1st,2009.
