Address: 19201 Collins Ave, #610 Sunny Isles Beach, Fla. Please check the calendar for availability. Rates are $500 a week and up. Extra days are $75.00 a day and up. There is a 13% sales tax on all rentals, a non-refundable application fee of $100.00 and a $100.00 cleaning fee. Also, we require a $250 security deposit which we hold until after we clean and inspect the room. No Exceptions. These rates are effective as of April 1st, 2010.
