The short drive from the highway yet the location feels far from the 
maddening crowd…..’just off the beaten path’  with Lake Norman in 
your own back yard!!! The unpretentious street side presentation is 
lovely, yet  just that; unpretentious….. now entering within;..
 This .83 acre site offers 207 lineal feet of shore line with a 
beautiful tree canopy that nestles you in securely, yet permits the 
settling lake views to resound throughout the home. The side yard 
invites other recreational activities, or perhaps a tent to pitch!! 
We are working on refurbishing the horseshoe pit, and purchasing a 
foos ball table….soon to come!  The over sized slip has year ‘round 
water.
Main floor (1600SF) has a great room with 16’ cathedral ceiling, 
kitchen, living, and dining  entirely open which supports convenient 
gathering. The flat screen (31”) television with surround sound 
rests 
above the fireplace,   where all can view. Kitchen and living room 
access to the screen porch and upper rear deck keeps  the ‘boy toys’ 
and grill (Char Broil 3 burner and side)within easy access. The 
skylights give a relaxing and joyous feeling during the day. The 
deck 
and screened in porch are accessible from kitchen, great room, and 2 
of the bedrooms. In addition to the living area there are 3 bedrooms 
on the main floor. All rooms have ceiling fans, television, fully 
furnished, bedding of minimally satin Pima, or Egyptian 
cotton sheets, mattresses; All Basset pillow top queen and double 
beds, and Englander  singles (upper level).
 Master  Located at the far end of the house  providing quiet, 
private recluse. (See photo) Comfortably small seemingly spacious 
and accommodating with  private screen porch walkout, and walk-in 
closet.     Bath/shower with double sinks, marble floor, Waterpik 
monster head.
Bed 2 (Black room) has private door opening onto  deck lake side, 
small television ,fax (sorry, on the fritz) , copier/printer. queen 
bed, etc.
Bath ; shares a well appointed shower/bath, personal totes, 
porcelain

Bed 3  2 singles together. Electronic Restonic beds vibrate and elevate. 4 poster mahogany bed. 
Television with cable. Internet wireless.
Laundry room area is situated across from the shared bath  (having 
washer, dryer, sorter/folding area, iron, shelving and closet) 
The  lower level walk out family/rec  room provides great gathering 
space  of 858 SF  with fireplace , another surround sound for the 
36”television, CD/DVD player, leather seating conversation area, gaming area,  and 
flows into more  outdoor entertaining, charcoal grill, 2nd gas grill, and outdoor 
shower = lake fun!! This area has an open, fun, but cozy feel, 
having a foosball table, airhockey, billards, and ping-pong!
Relaxing to sleep provides you a resting spot in  the new, queen sleeper sofa. Relaxing is, just 
that, relaxing, 
but one must keep fit!!. So, using the treadmill (Reebok RX5000), privately, in 
the lakeside vestibule keeps one 'fit as a fiddle" ‘forget the sweat’!! 
An over sized bathromm with a Monster head shower, porcelain tile floors, a heater, as well as , an 
exhaust is 
more than sufficient for those sleeping in the 2 bedrooms located here. 
In the rec. games, cards, books, books on tape, VHS tapes, CDs, 
are there for you pleasure. 
Walk the board walk past two picnic benches and,screened glider, picnic tables,
two double hammocks, and on toward a pier porch over water leading  onto the oversized boat slip. 
Seating 
here is; 3 gliders, chairs, and chaise lounge.
The oversized slip is covered, has a swim ladder for convenience and
safety, and boasts a strap hoist  for protective aquatic toy  owners!!
All new furnishings…and we listened to you…although you appreciated 
the closet space you wanted MORE hooks for hanging, and we did it 
per your request…& hangers when you prefer!! 
The landscaped yard offers a plank walk to the boat dock and shares a
 park like setting of trees,beachy area, bench swing, swimming area,
and pier porch for picnics at the water side. Glider and hammock 
encourage afternoon naptime stations! 
The house is in a private cove that is completely safe for 
swimming & floating, but is easy access to the main channel for 
boating & skiing! A convenience store is ½ mi. 
Shopping, restaurants,theatres 3.5-4 mi.. Boat rentals area are off exit 36  
and the nearest VERY convenient ramp is on 150.   Then there is 
golfing, fishing, skiing, Nascar, on, and on….
All linens are provided. Come to “just off the beaten path” and have a wonderful  vacation 
gathering year round. We, and the lake, welcome you!!
We want all to enjoy and choose to return again!  We will listen  to 
your needs and try to comply, especially to ‘special needs’ 
individuals. Let us understand your wish and wants for a good time 
here. We want to share with you the ambiance, the sunsets, the birds chirping and the tree toads 
whaling! We 
will have a notebook of info just for your pleasure. Please phone us if there 
are items that would make your time more relaxing, or accommodating. 
Although we have some children’s toys and books, baby chair, 
etc…..please let us know if there is something of need and we will 
try to accommodate. We want you to have a WONDEROUS time!! We have a service which will pick up your 
grocery items and deliver for a nominal fee. Albeit, grocery stores are right on the way. Please 
tell us if this is a 
special occasion of sorts and we will see if there are appropriate actions to take  in preparation. 
We want you to want NOT to depart!!!!

This is a relaxed, yet tastefully sophisticated, resort-like place that is not suitable for a wild 
brew-haw. 
 
As with all lake front properties, this house is on well and septic. Please respect the environment .
No smoking allowed inside the house. No butts are to be thrown in yard, drive, neighbor’s yard, or 
street.

passes, there are 
variations.
