Sleep 2-14-18-22 Walk out to water from a very warm, open, spacious, quiet, and private lake get-away. Great place to swim, ski, fish, sit at the fire pit, or nap in the hammock!Enjoy this Lake Norman,lakefront, home with your family, friends, corporate gathering, or romantic couple get-away!
This acre site offers 207 lineal feet of shore line, with a beautiful tree canopy that nestles you in securely, yet permits the settling lake views to resound throughout the home. The side yard invites other recreational activities, or perhaps a tent to pitch! We had to shorten this considerably. Email for many more details and photos.

Main floor has is very open which is conducive to corporate events, or family gathering.  Executive living at its best with a great room having cathedral ceilings, kitchen, living, and dining that is entirely open. The flat screen
television above the fireplace offers surround sound where all can easily hear and view the 37" screen.

Kitchen and living room access to the screen porch and upper rear deck housing the 'boy toys' and grill; a 3 burner and side grill, within easy access.

Living /dining/kitchen skylights give a relaxing and joyous feeling during the day. The deck and screened in porch are accessible from kitchen, great room, and 2 of the bedrooms. In addition to the living area, there are 3 bedrooms on the main floor. All rooms have ceiling fans, television, fully furnished, bedding
of minimally 450 to 1200 satin Pima, or Egyptian cotton sheets, and mattresses are all of Basset pillow top queen and double beds, Tempur-foam and Englander singles.

The master is located at the far end of the house, providing quiet, private recluse. Comfortable, and seemingly spacious, the master offers private entry to  the  screen porch walk-out, and walk-in closet.
Bath/shower, double sinks, marble floor, and Waterpik monster head abound.

The lower level walk out, family and rec room provide great gathering space of 858 square feet (38' un length), with 2nd fireplace, 2nd surround sound for the 36 inch television, leather seating conversation area, gaming area (card tables, foos ball, ping-pong, air hockey, billiards), and flows into more outdoor
entertaining, charcoal grill, outdoor shower, ho t tub spa, and lake front fun!
This area has an open, exciting, but comfy feel with funky lighting and wood fireplace with blower for those cozy nights!

There are two additional bedrooms in the lower level, and a vestibule to store your luggage (soon to be the 2nd kitchen) and water/lake gear! Bedroom 4 has a a temprature sensative foam mattress in a four poster bed, large closet,  and flat screen television . The 5th bedroom provides sleeping for 4 having a double, single above, and a single pop-up.

 Additionally, there is a top quality queen sleeper sofa in the rec living area, and 2 queen, 14" deep, self inflating mattress for the asking.

The full bathroom on this floor is over sized, having a shower with another WaterPik Monster head, ceramic tile floor, and 2nd laundry stack washer dryer.

Games, cards, books, books on tape, VHS tapes, and (only a few) CDs are in various rooms. Walk the board walk, past two picnic benches, screened glider and two double hammocks onto a pier, which leads onto a spacious pier porch over water. Seating here are 3 gliders, chairs, and chaise lounge.
The oversized slip is covered, has a swim ladder for convenience and safety, and boasts a strap hoist for protective, aquatic toy owners!

The landscaped yard offers a plank walk to the boat dock and shares a park like setting of trees, bench swing, swimming area, and pier porch for picnics at the water side. Gliders and hammocks encourage afternoon naptime stations! The house is open cove that is completely safe for swimming and floating, but is easy access to the main channel for boating and skiing! A convenience
store is ½ mile away and shopping is 1 mile down the road!
