Vacation Rental Description

Nestled in the exclusive Grove by the Sea community, this beautiful 
beach home offers a very open floor plan perfect for entertaining 
and large families, lots of porches and a huge back yard.  
Georgia Peach has 4 bedrooms (3+ tower room) and sleeps 10(1K, 1Q, 
2T, 1QSS, 1DB w/trundle), while providing a very comfortable living 
space with its large, open living room and dining room, and a huge, 
fully equipped kitchen.  Only a short walk (4 blocks) and you are on 
one of the most beautiful beaches in the area.  The house sits 
across the street from one of two pools in the community and is very 
close to the tennis court.  The large deck and fenced back yard 
creates privacy for sunning, outdoor cookouts and dining, and safety 
for small children.  Enjoy cooler evenings by our outdoor 
fireplace and garden.  The large deck features a grill, picnic 
table, and outdoor shower with side entry into the laundry room with 
washer/dryer.  A very large master bedroom (and bathroom with 
jacuzzi tub) on the second floor opens up onto a screened porch and 
an open deck to enjoy the sound of the waves crashing in the morning 
or evening.  Living room has fireplace and wide-screen TV.  Bedrooms 
have color cable TVs.  Parking for 3 cars.  This is a NO SMOKING 
house and NO PETS.

Activities and Attractions

Seaside which was made famous by The Truman Story is a walk or short 
drive.  Rosemary beach with a brand new golf course is minutes away.
Great shopping and restaurants all along 30A. Seaside has an 
outdoor market area featuring many unusual shops and eateries.
Try the 30A cafe, excellent food says Southern Living magazine. 
Seaside also has an outdoor amphitheather, which offers daily events 
for children. Visit Grayton Beach, World Famous "Red Bar" where 
Cherryl Crow dines. Within a 30 minute drive you can be in Destin/Ft 
Walton, 15 minutes to Panama City Beach, which features,parasailing, 
jet-skis, marine parks, amusement and water parks, and my favorite, 
you can swim with the dolphins. Whatever your desire you will be 
sure to find enjoyment. Bring your camera, this scenery is postcard
material..

Rates for 2008

Winter  - 1/1-3/1                     -  $900/week,  $135/night  BOOKED

Spring  - 3/1-3/15, 4/26-5/17         -  $1400/week, $200/night  BOOKED

Summer  - 5/17-8/16                   -  $1800/week  BOOKED thru July 20

Fall    -  8/16-11/4                  -  $1400/week, $200/night
           
Winter  -  11/4-1/1/09                -  $800/week,  $135/night
           

Weekly rentals are from Sunday to Sunday, and nightly rentals 
have a three night minimum.

**Rates do not include 11% hospitality tax charged in Florida and a 
200.00 refundable security deposit.
