comfort,fully equiped kitchen, dining area, king bed in master suite with
private bath and sit-in shower, 2 more bedrooms: 1 double bed, 2
twin beds. 13 ft vaulted ceilings with ceiling fans in every room.
Living room has large columns supporting a lighted, floating
soffit/plant shelf, nicely decorated. Large sliding glass doors open
up to a screened Lanai with sitting area, table and chairs. Full size washer & dryer,
1 car garage with opener, also an opener for the community gate. Just a short walk to pool.

boating, many restaurants and fine dining. Rent a pontoon and
cruise the river for spectacular views of the area. Within 10
minutes of the local Flea Market, Greyhound track,and lots of
shopping.
Vacation Rental Rates
$3250.00 per month January thru March
$2800.00 per month April, November and December
$1850.00 per month May thru October
Discount for consecutive monthly rental of 3 months or more.
$1000.00 security deposit, refundable.
Plus 11% state and county usuage tax.
$120.00 exit cleaning fee (optional cleaning available during stay
upon request. Free cleaning and laundry supplies on site.)
Note: Our association only allows 30 days or more rentals. However, across the street we do have a 2
bedroom condo that sleeps 6 that does allow weekly rentals. Contact us through this listing.
