North side offers bunk with full size pull out futon and full size
bed and another full size pull out futon with upgraded mattress.
You rent or provide linens except for blankets and shams and
comforters.Nice deck to sit by Ocean.
We do ask you keep it nicely clean when you
leave.All hardwood flooring and tile in baths.No smoking and Pets
and NO GRILLING!you will be ask to vacate immediately!
