Charming Cape House overlooking Boston Lighthouse and Boston Harbor from Allerton Hill, on a quiet street right along the ocean. 25 minute commuter boat ride to downtown Boston, Long Wharf (downtown)--you can bring your bike on
board and transfer to boats bound for the Harbor Islands and
Provincetown. 180 degree bold ocean views, sunrises and sunsets. Lovely fenced back yard, outdoor deck to sit and eat on with views of the city skyline, two lighthouses, and Boston's north shore. Public access to harbor ocean across the street, 5 minute walk to the quiet end of Nantasket Beach.

Jacuzzi jet tub in main bathroom, on first floor. Grill provided, fully equipped kitchen, deck furniture for eating outside. A/C throughout house. Weekly cleaning of the house can be arranged. All linens provided, along with phone, cable TV, internet/wireless.
Town parking sticker for Hull available, enabling you to park at any sections of the beach you like in Hull. Room to park 2 cars at the house.
Downstairs: Kitchen, living room, den (with foldout sleeper couch,
closet, and patio door to deck), queen bedroom, full updated bath
(airjet tub). Outdoor shower off kitchen for washing off beach sand. Upstairs: Two bedrooms, one king, one two twins with pull out trundle bed for a third, half bath. Basement: washer/dryer, beach chairs and
equipment provided.

Watch the ships go by and enjoy strolls to the mile-long white sand
of Nantasket beach. Dine on the deck to enjoy great sunsets and
sunrises. Walk along the seawall overlooking the city
skyline, George's Island, and the Lighthouse. Kayak in Hingham Bay
and along Nantasket Beach and the Weir River Estuary. Enjoy the
garden and yard. Bike to Hull Village, along the sea of Beach
Avenue and by the bay, walk to Hull Yacht Club located at the end of
the street. Go out for a day on a boat to sail or fish. Visit
Boston, the Harbor Islands, Gloucester or Provincetown by boat on a
daytrip--the city is very nearby, with no traffic to fight to get
there and regular commuter boat service during the week (24 minutes
to downtown, Long Wharf; direct boat connections to Logan Airport
when you arrive.) Enjoy the Nantasket Beach summer community, with
its relaxed atmosphere, good restaurants and seaside activity. Kayak and boat rentals, fishing across the street, great biking, great beach.
vacation rental rates
Minimum rental is one week, prefer multi-week rentals. $1900/week, available from May through early August, 10% discount if you rent a month or more. 5% discount if you pay in full 30 days in advance. We ask for a nonrefundable $100 cleaning fee.
Minimum booking time: one week in advance, full payment required (50% down to hold house). No last minute discounts.
We ask renters to arrive after 3pm Saturday, and leave on Saturday
morning by 10am--rentals are then usually from Saturday to Saturday, though if you are staying longer we can arrange flexibly entry days.
