Vacation Rental Description

2 bedroom, 2 bath, with large Florida room that sleeps two.  Exterior  
patios off the living room and Florida room.  Located 1 mile from Universal 
Studios, 5 miles from Sea World, 10 miles from Disney.  Fully furnished 
with kitchen, cable TV, high speed internet access, washer and dryer. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Walking distance to area shopping and restaurants. Condo is located  
away from the busy tourist activities. Gives you a chance to re- 
energize in quiet neighborhood surroundings. 

Activities and Attractions

Main Attractions: Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and Sea  
World. Easy access to Interstate 4, one hour from the beaches;  
Daytona Beach, Kennedy Space Center to the East, the Gulf Coast,  
Clearwater, St. Petersburg to the West.   
 
Golf courses located in all directions within easy driving distance.  
Central Florida is a golf mecca.  
 
Lake Cane Tennis Center is located 5 miles from condo. Tournaments,  
Friday night mixers, group and private lessons. This is a public  
facilty available to anyone. And it's very inexpensive.   
 
Canoeing, hiking, biking at Rock Springs and Wekiva Springs are just  
a few of the activities in the area. 

Vacation Rental Rates

$75 per night, 3 night minimum.  $385 per week for 6 nights, 7th night is free.  
 
$75 for additional nights.  2 week maximum.  
 
Additional $100 security deposit.  Due 30 days prior to arrival.  Full payment due 5 days prior to arrival.   
Security deposit will be refunded after departure.     
 
Premium rates in effect for Easter, July 4th, Thanksgiving,  
Christmas and NYE.  Send inquiries.    
 
Cancellations: 50% forfeiture of security deposit 16-30 days from arrival date.   
               100% forfeiture of security deposit 0-15 days from arrival date.
